All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Any product found to be defective during normal usage within the first four years would be considered for replacement on a case-by-case basis.  However, we will not replace merchandise damaged through abuse or misuse.  Returns for defective merchandise must have prior return authorization, before being returned.
